Although O.I.S EMETH KRAV MAGA is aimed at all types of people and is generally taught in mixed classes, we propose a training course that is 100% for women and girls. Because more than ever women are confronted with violence be it verbal, psychological, physical, or sexual, and they often face it alone, we have created a unique and innovative course that takes into account not only their needs and real capacities but also their injuries.
Ortho emotion is an Israeli method of rehabilitation developed by Dr. Rachel Hazan of Jerusalem, a specialist in post-traumatic cases for victims suffering great emotional shock related to violence or life trauma. Its integration into the training course has given an even greater dimension to this female module.
Adapted to all women regardless of age and physical condition, this training allows the rapid acquisition of tools and techniques to deal with violent situations.
Not all women are fighters but they all must be able to defend themselves against an assault.
